file size를 가져올때 bit 단위로 가져오므로 제한두고자 하는 사이즈의 bit로 변환하기에 매우 유용 ㅎㅎ

* 선택된 파일 삭제하는 함수는 버튼 하나 hidden으로 만들어서 파일이 첨부되면 show() 해주고 삭제해주는 함수에서 hide() 해주면 좋다
